How Stellar works

Four steps. Kevin personally handles every one of them — from the first call through the final walkthrough.

Call Kevin

He picks up. Tell him about your project in plain terms. No screening call, no intake form. Kevin wants to understand what you're thinking before anything else happens.

Meet & Greet

Kevin visits your home. He listens to your vision, looks at the space, asks the right questions. No obligation, no pressure. This is where the project actually starts taking shape.

Written proposal

Kevin prepares a detailed written proposal covering exactly what will be done and what it costs. No vague estimates or verbal commitments. You review it, ask questions, and decide.

Project begins

Once you approve, your project is scheduled. Kevin manages the job site from start to finish, coordinating experienced tradespeople and staying on-site throughout.

What stays constant throughout

Kevin is your single point of contact from the first call through the final walkthrough. The same person who picked up your call visits your home and manages your project.

This matters because most of what goes wrong in construction happens at handoffs — when information passes from one person to another and something gets lost. With Stellar, there are no handoffs.

Past clients will confirm that Kevin is on their job site regularly. That's not incidental. That's how Stellar works.

Common questions about getting started

Call or text (330) 875-2007. Kevin answers directly. If he is on a job site, he will call back the same day.

Kevin comes to your home, walks the space, and listens to what you want to accomplish. He asks questions, takes notes, and gives you an honest read on what is involved. There is no obligation and no sales pitch.

A detailed breakdown of what work will be done, materials, timeline, and cost. Kevin does not do vague estimates or "ballpark" pricing. You know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

It depends on the scope. Kevin discusses realistic timelines at the meet & greet and in the written proposal. He does not overpromise on timing — Northeast Ohio winters, material lead times, and trade scheduling all factor in.
