No. Most clients contact Kevin before any drawings exist. He can help you think through the project and, if needed, connect you with the right architect or designer for your scope.

No. The initial call and the meet & greet are free. Kevin prepares a written proposal at no charge after the meet & greet. You are under no obligation until you approve the proposal.

Yes. Kevin manages every Stellar project himself, from the first call through the final walkthrough. He does not hand projects off to a project manager after the proposal is signed. Past clients will confirm that Kevin is on their job site regularly.

Detailed enough that you know exactly what you're getting before any work starts. The proposal covers what will be done, what materials will be used, the timeline, and the cost. Kevin does not do ballpark estimates or verbal commitments.

Kevin calls you directly. Because he is on-site regularly, he catches problems early. When unexpected conditions arise, he explains what was found, what needs to happen, and what it costs before proceeding. No surprise invoices at the end.

It depends on scope. A kitchen remodel runs differently than a custom home build. Kevin discusses realistic timelines at the meet & greet and includes them in the written proposal. He does not overpromise on timing.
