Kevin Deckerd founded Stellar Construction and still manages every project himself. He takes the first call, visits your home, writes the proposal, and runs the job site.
Kevin founded Stellar with a single operating principle: the owner manages the project. He has held to that principle for 30 years.
No sales rep at the first meeting. No project manager you haven't met. Kevin takes your call, visits your home, listens to your vision, and writes the proposal himself. Once work starts, he is on your job site regularly. Past clients will tell you the same.
He works with a contractor base of experienced tradespeople, many of whom have been alongside him for over a decade. That matters, because a project is only as good as the people doing the work.
Residential construction is the only thing Stellar does. Kevin keeps the scope narrow on purpose.
Full custom builds from plans through final walkthrough. Kevin manages the entire project on-site in Northeast Ohio.
